The Challenge

Every tenant received its own branded iOS and Android app. Shipping a release meant building and uploading 150+ tenant apps to both stores, which took between two and four weeks of largely manual work — enough that fixes queued behind one another, and the release cycle buried the whole team.

The Solution

I designed the pipeline that builds, signs and submits every tenant app from a single trigger, hands-on in Fastlane and CircleCI, then led the implementation across three teams — implementation, product and QA.

The Outcome

Pushing all 150+ tenant apps to the stores went from a multi-week project to roughly 20 minutes. That handed the developers back the weeks they had been spending on releases, and they spent them building features instead.
