AYCM — All You Can Move — is Hungary’s largest multi-sport membership: one pass, 700+ partner gyms, pools, studios and clubs. Members used to prove their membership with a physical plastic card at the door.

The Challenge

The business ran on plastic. Every member needed a card, and every card had to be issued, replaced and checked at more than 700 partner venues. The client wanted an easier way for members to get through the door — nothing to carry, lose or reissue.

My Role

Working closely with AYCM’s in-house backend team, who owned the data, I created the base architecture for the Android app and led the build hands-on.

The Outcome

Members now enter through a virtual ePASS on their phone at over 700 partner facilities, and the plastic card is gone.
